We stayed at a charming countryside accommodation which had a very rustic and cozy feel to it. The owners were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The location was absolutely picturesque, with a beautiful river nearby where we could take evening walks. The room we stayed in had a delightful view of the stream, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We also had access to a kitchen for our own use, which was very convenient. The continental breakfast was abundant and delicious.

The shower over the bath was not ideal.

Convenient Home Base for Exploring 😊

This place was a great spot for our sightseeing adventures. the rooms were super comfy and spacious, and they had everything we needed like Wi-Fi and a kettle. Plus, being surrounded by the charming countryside of rural France really added to the whole experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming hotel in rural France. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The dinner they cooked for us was absolutely delicious, and we enjoyed a glass of Chablis with them, adding a special touch to our evening. The breakfast the next morning was the best we had during our trip, with a variety of fresh croissants, bread, ham, and homemade jams. The attention to detail in this hotel is evident, from the beautifully restored French country house to the peaceful surroundings. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax.

All was perfect, but we wished the wifi was available in the rooms.

For those seeking a unique experience, the chambre d'hôte at this hotel offers a chance to share a meal with the hosts and experience authentic French country living. the large water mill provides an idyllic location, with a delightful river obscured by trees. the spacious bedrooms are well-equipped with the essentials, including clean double beds and good showers. Guests also have access to a kitchen and the option to enjoy a continental breakfast. the hosts are friendly and can't do enough for you, making sure you feel involved in the friendly atmosphere.

Limited media connectivity, with poor phone reception and only wifi available in the lounge area.

I recently had the most wonderful stay at a hotel nestled in a small village with charming rural surroundings. The owners of this hotel were incredibly welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. One of the highlights of my stay was the delightful evening meal that all guests were invited to share with the hosts. The food was simply excellent, showcasing the local flavors and adding to the overall experience. Additionally, the hotel itself was a unique watermill, which added a touch of charm and history to my stay. The location was perfect for a peaceful getaway, with little to do in the village, but the beautiful town of Chablis just a short distance away. It was truly a wonderful start to my vacation.

I couldn't find a single thing to fault during my stay. Everything was just perfect, ensuring a memorable experience.

Additionally, the attention to detail was impeccable. From the beautifully restored French country house to the stunning views from the property, every aspect was carefully considered. The location in a small village was a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere. Lastly, the staff were exceptional. Their warm and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home, and they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

The hotel had a great location in a peaceful village near a beautiful natural pool. The owners were very welcoming and made us feel at home. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the high-quality food and the fact that it wasn't served in mini catering packets. Additionally, the opportunity to safely store our bicycles and park our car was a definite plus.

There was no Wi-Fi available, which can be an inconvenience for business trips. Also, while the bed linen was clean, it could have been a bit more luxurious. however, the hotel offered a rustic charm and was a good value for the money.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the location was absolutely stunning. It was so peaceful and picturesque, with lovely views from the property. The hotel itself was so pretty, with a charming ambiance that really added to the overall experience. Additionally, the service provided by the staff was excellent. They were super friendly and made us feel right at home. The rooms were comfortable and clean too, with spaciousness that was bigger than we expected. The bathroom was also very big and had a wonderful view of the river. And we can't forget about the breakfast! It was absolutely delicious with a good selection of breads, pastries, jams, meats, cheeses. The best part? It was included in the price, which we thought was wonderful.

All was perfect, nothing to improve.

The countryside views from our room were breathtaking and the breakfast spread was mouthwatering with freshly baked bread and a variety of meats, cheeses, and jams. We also appreciated the option of an intimate dinner with other guests, which provided a lovely opportunity to connect and socialize.

We got great value for our money, with comfortable rooms and a beautiful location in a charming little town. The staff treated us like family, making our stay memorable and enjoyable.

Breakfast delights, but adding a bit more variety would have made it even better.
